do we aim to achieve during Mentoring time?
Positive Relationships with teachers Mentoring Teachers encouraged to support students in areas other than those directly related to subject content Mentoring Teachers the first contact for students in matters relating to their personal wellbeing Mentoring teachers encouraged to build positive relationships based around an interest in the individual student.
I have a teacher who cares about me
At school time is spent discussing the importance of people being respectful, honest, fair, caring, responsible and good citizen
Most of my teachers help me believe I can be successful
Students feel that they have a say in classroom rules as well as a voice in the activities and events our school offers
I have at least one teacher who spends time talking with me about things other than my school work

How did we make this general data relevant to mentoring time?
That our mentoring teachers are working hard to develop relationships with their students.That there is an overall improvement in student perceptions since 2005.
