ONLINE COURSE BEGINS 

New faculty are evaluated weekly based upon a standard rubric 00both numerical feedback in terms of % of expectations and written feedback Evaluation is intended to mentor new faculty not only in course set up but online facilitation and student feedback in the grade book  

ONLINE COURSE BEGINS 

Continuing faculty are evaluated every other week but courses are monitored weekly Ongoing process, content & problem solving Student issues resolved at faculty level, administration if necessary Mid course teleconference for new and continuing faculty Faculty group calls for course revision
