Easy Its easy to write down everything you have to do. It is easier to see what you have to do in order. It is easier to priorities easy understandable tasks.

Helpful It is helpful to link branches onto another program so that it can bring up lists that you need. You can link the tasks that you have to do with outlook so that you can easily see what you have to do and when you have to do it.
