Description:
The College desires to enter into a service agreement with a qualified firm to assist the Portland
Community College (PCC) Human Resources Department staff in evaluating PCCs accessibility
as mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act and other related laws governing disability
access. All interested firms, who can provide such service, are welcome to submit a proposal.
This RFQ document comprise of the following: terms and conditions, requirements, specification,
appendixes and other related information that describes the Colleges needs and requirements of
submitting a responsive Quote.
Timeline:
Vendor submitting written questions: February 23, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. College response to written questions: February 26, 2007 Deadline for submitting Quotes: March 2, 2007 at 3:00 P.M.
The RFQ document may be viewed and or obtained from the Solicitation Opportunities link on
the Colleges Procurement website. Interested vendors who are not equipped to download the
document may request a copy of the RFP by contacting Avelina D. Gulmatico, at 503-533-2801
