for whom a wage increase was the intended outcome.

reported and verified by the training provider and/or vendor as having
successfully completed all classes, courses, seminars, etc., he/she
was scheduled to complete in the IWTP contract/application with successful
delivery of the training verified by the employer.

a result of employees who participate in IWTP training and are subsequently
