Training & Documentation offers technical training services to the Cornell Campus. As an internal resource we seek to complement and find synergies with other providers of technical training services T&D employs a User-Centric/Learner-First approach
T&D00 principal focus is on supporting technical training and documentation for CIT00 products and services 62 CIT products and services are supported 13 Non-CIT products and services are supported 159 separate subject areas 8000 web documentation pages 125 projects/year (10/03 0010/04)
Provide the registration function for IT events (more than 165 events in the past year) Manage the Hands on Center (training classroom) at Maple Avenue
