Problem Statement 

Joint Training currently does not fully support Joint Force missions and functions The ability of the Joint Force to carry out its missions and functions rests on the provision of timely training Synchronized with operational capabilities, tactics, techniques and procedures, lessons learned, and emerging technology To training audiences across all echelons of the force  Joint training must be improved to match operational capabilities and anticipate future requirements and adversarial threats across the ROMO Improvement is needed in two primary areas The Joint Training Process The Joint Training and Learning Environment
