You must instill a prevention mentality within your staff  
Keeping accurate incident and accident reports  are integral to accident prevention  
Keep the prevention process dynamic  
Ensure staff meet legal requirements in terms of qualifications, ratios, and policies and procedures are followed.

During Emergency 

Aquatic Supervisor00 job to: 

Provide training to staff  
Ensure rescue equipment is in working order  
Staff have safety equipment (gloves, mask, etc.)
