Contractor proposals submitted in two parts:

   Technical Proposal and Pricing Proposal

Technical Evaluation Panel

   Evaluate and rate each technical proposal

Overall ranking determined for each contractor

   Technical ratings + pricing scores = overall ranking

NAIP Selection Team establishes 00est Value00/font>

  Contractors selected for award of states, based on the overall rankings and their area of interest

CO negotiates and awards contract task orders
