The Association
reserves the right to make proposals relating to the specific terms
and conditions of employment of CAS Members in the Faculty of Education.
If no specific
clauses address conditions for CAS Members in the Faculty of Education,
the conditions of the Agreement, as amended, apply to these Members
as to other CAS Members in the Bargaining Unit00/font>
