What is a full value contract? 

    Full value contracts are a key to insuring a group00 success in attaining their goals, regardless of the setting or objectives.

What it is. 

   The full value contract is an agreement that all members of the group should come to consensus on and agree to the terms of.  They can be very simple in nature, or they can become elaborate.

What are they good for? 

    Full value contracts are useful for bringing together both groups that have difficulty working together and those already have great working relations.  Regardless of the type of group, it helps all groups members to feel a sense of ownership in the process of solving any challenge.

How are they used? 

They should be established at the beginning of a challenge in order to establish clear expectations and regulations for all those involved.  
They are then used as a reference to refer to if the group00 goals are not being attained or if changes in strategy need to be considered.

When a group need to establish a common approach to a problem When the expectations for group cooperation and respect must be clearly stated from the beginning When a group needs a clearer vision of how they will overcome specific or general challenges

Brainstorm expectations and goals the as a full group. Review brainstorming as a group Identify elements all members immediately agree on (respect) Eliminate elements which are trivial or useless in goal attainment. All members must reach consensus and ratify the contract.

They may resemble a written contract They terms may be recorded within the hand outlines of the members The conditions may be written in the outline of one of the members bodies. They are not long like a typical lawyers contract
