Hope for Animals is pleased to
announce one of our own members is now certified in dog behavior
and dog obedience training and offering professional classes as a certified
trainer! Cathy Stephens, a Morgan City native, first came into contact
with HOPE for Animals when she was required to work with a shelter as
part of her training for her dog behavior/obedience certification. Cathy
fell in love with our wonderful HOPE dogs and has become a full time
HOPE member and foster dog parent. As part of her dedication to education
of dog owners and well being of our shelter dogs Cathy will donate 10%
of all of her training class proceeds to HOPE for Animals your non-profit
no-kill shelter. In addition, all families adopting a HOPE for Animals
dog can attend a training class for half price the regular class cost
and all of these proceeds are donated back to HOPE for Animals!
Classes are offered in Thibodaux
and Houma. To reserve your place in a class email Cathy at
