TWO RIVERS HIGH TRAMS PROGRAM GUIDELINES AND CONTRACT
1. The TRAMS Program is located at 955 W 12th Street (south entrance) in Two Rivers High School's Room 116.
** Please park only in the south parking lot.
2. Cell phones and pagers are not allowed. If taken, they will be turned in to the office and parents must pick
them up. Smoking citations can be issued anywhere on campus. Citations for reckless driving on campus can be
given.
3. The TRAMS Program hours are 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm Monday and 3:30 Pm - 6:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday:
a. Monday is for registration only - sessions will be held at 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, and ending at 5:00 pm.
b. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are testing days. The program is closed on Friday.
4. Each school's counselors will provide all of the information about the TRAMS Program to their students and
parents.
5. Students must come in person to register and bring with them a current dated TRAMS referral, a current
transcript with the "F" grades circled to be made up and $30 cash (No Checks) for a book deposit. NO
enrollment without these items
6. IMPORTANT: The TRAMS Program offers only make-up credit for the following courses. NO ORIGINAL
CREDIT .
English Geometry Geography Earth Science
Biology
US History
World History
Health
7. The TRAMS Program cannot be used in place of the student's regular academic program. Because the TRAMS
Program is used for make-up credit, it is assumed that the student has an "F" on the transcript. Transcripts
will be checked.
8. The TRAMS Program is not a program suitable for students who need extra help. Special Ed. students or
students needing extra assistance must be approved by a Two Rivers High School administrator.
9. Friends and siblings are not to accompany the enrolled TRAMS Program student .
10. Students must check in weekly either to test or to reschedule for the next week's appointment.
11. Students must set specific appointments for testing or checking in. If students fail to keep their
appointments, they must reschedule in PERSON. Do NOT call Two Rivers High School. Come to Room
116, Monday between 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM and Tuesday through Thursday between 3:30pm - 6:00pm, to
make another appointment. Parents may NOT reschedule for their student.
12. Student registration and completed credit will be faxed back to the high school counselor.
13. A $30 (cash only) book deposit is required in order to register. The book deposit is refundable when the book
is returned in the same condition in which it was checked out. Rolling books up damages books. If books are
damaged, deposits will be used to replace them. Book deposits may not be used for test fee .
14. A $35 non-refundable (Cash Only), testing fee for each 录 credit must be paid prior to testing. Without prior
payment and the book in hand, no testing will be allowed. Books worth 陆 credit will require a $70 (cash only)
testing fee.
15. Students will work only on one subject at a time.
16. The minimum testing standard is 70%.
17. Each test may be taken a maximum of two times, but not on the same week. Students must reschedule for the
following week. If a student fails the first test he/she may be required to bring notes or completed
assignments before being issued a second test.
18. Students may not test on any material they have checked out in previous years.
19. Students must clear all TRAMS Program records, pay all credit fees, and return all books by the end of the
school year, May 15, 2008 , in order to have their book deposits refunded and have credit faxed back to their
home school. Be aware that no credit will be held over for another school year and if a student has not tested
the book deposit refund will only be $15 as operating costs must be covered.
