Both agree to sign this contract with following terms and conditions

ARTICLE III: Rental period and price
Renting period : Every month from 05 July 2006 with automatic renewal if no termination request from any party.
In case of termination request, the renter should inform 10 days in advance.
Total rent : USD 890 per month (before VAT)
(In words: eight hundreds and ninety US dollars)
Payment form : By cash (USD)
+ 30% of basic rent paid at the beginning of contract month
+ 70% of balance and extra fees, if any, will be settled by the end of the month
ARTICLE IV: Serving time and service included in the rent
For the rent of USD 890 mentioned, following services and limitations are providing free of charge:
+ English speaking driver00 salary and related benefits (if any)
+ Gasoline and maintenances.
+ Insurance for car and passengers.
+ Serving time for 7h30 AM to 6 PM for 26 days each month, the off-days of drivers will be negotiated personally.
+ 2,600 km per month (The balancing km is not carried over to the next month)
ARTICLE V: Extra fee for time and distance exceeded.
If limitations mentioned in Article IV are exceeded, an extra time fee or an extra distance fee will be applied at following rate. Bridge and Road tolls are also born by the renter:
+ Extra time: USD 2.00 per hour after 6 PM (two US dollars)
+ Extra days from day 27th a month and national holidays: USD 20.00 per day between 7 AM to 6PM. (Twenty US dollars)
+ Over night stay (If outside Hanoi, driver00 expenses included, no charge if in Hanoi): USD 10.00 per day (Ten dollars)
+ Extra distance: USD 0.2 per km beyond 2,600 km
+ Bridge and Road tolls
ARTICLE VI: Both parties agree
The car is only to be used under Vietnam00 legal regulations, in case of Vietnam00 law violation, the driver and/or the car owner might refuse to serve. Should one of both parties wants to terminate the contract before the expire date, at least 10 days notice must be given to the other party. The lease will be terminated in the following cases, in which the deposit and any prepaid amounts will be refunded: The contract is expired. The car is damaged and the owner is unable to provide with another car with similar standard and quality.This contract is made into 02 copies in English, each party keeps one copy
