This is not a contract. If your request is accepted, a Clubhouse Rental Contract will be sent to you to be completed, signed and returned with your deposit.

The NON-MEMBER rental requester will be responsible for finding a Senior Club Member to act as their Sponsor. Failure to identify said Sponsor on the Rental Request may cause delay or failure of the approval process. In the event the Sponsor is not in attendance at the time of the rental, the Club Steward will be hired to attend the rental on an hourly basis. The Sponsor will be responsible for paying the Steward. If the Steward is unavailable to attend, the rental will be canceled.

All laws set forth by the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and policies set forth by the Sequoia Yacht Club regarding sales and serving of alcoholic beverages shall be adhered to strictly.
Occupancy limits: 125 persons for dining or 200 persons for assembly.
