Booking Policy
In order to reserve your cabin the first night plus tax is required as a deposit. Payment for the remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to check in, unless you are paying with traveler00 checks or cash. Please note that unless notified otherwise, we will charge your credit card the remaining balance 48 hours before your arrival. You must be 21 years old to reserve a cabin.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit paid minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival there will be no refund of the deposit amount, unless the cabin can be rebooked for the same period as the cancellation, and for the same price. If cabin is rebooked, then you will receive a deposit voucher good for rescheduling your reservation up to one year. Reservations that 00o show00forfeit their deposit.
Damage Deposit/ Pet Deposit
If a credit card is not used, a damage deposit is required. Upon departure, the cabin is inspected. If there is no property damage, full refund of damage deposit is issued within one week of departure date. Most of our cabins are pet friendly, with noted restrictions. Effective October 1, 2006: a $100.00 pet deposit is required. If there is no damage to the property, full refund (less $25 cleaning fee) of pet deposit is issued within 1 week of departure date. Please allow us 1 week from the date of departure to return this to you. If you are found to have a pet on the property, and have not paid a pet deposit, you are subject to eviction.

I have read and fully understand the terms on this rental contract. I have viewed pictures, and read the detailed amenities descriptions of the cabin that I have reserved, and I have spoken to a reservationist regarding the cabin that I have reserved. I have read the policies section on the web and I agree to those terms. I agree that by signing this form, I have authorized AT Your Service Cabin Rentals to charge my credit card for all expenses as appropriate, and for any other charges as outlined in this agreement.
