Employee agrees to perform the duties of this position as outlined by District Policy, and to follow the
guidance provided by the immediate supervisor of said position. In addition, the employee agrees to abide
by all state and federal laws and regulations applicable to employee's job and by the amended fiscal year
Personnel Policy Manual.
The final employment of a new employee will not be complete until a criminal background check is
completed and the Arkansas Department of Education gives their approval that they are eligible for
employment in the State of Arkansas as determined by the background check.
