NEGOTIATION AND ASSIGNMENT
For value received the undersigned Seller does hereby sell, assign and transfer to the Holder show above, Seller's title and interest in and to, and all Seller's
rights under, the Motor Vehicle Contract between Buyer and Seller on the reverse side hereof, and authorizes Holder to collect and discharge the same.
Seller warrants that said Motor Vehicle Contract is genuine and enforceable and that all statements contained therein are true and that all parties to the
same have legal capacity to contract and that no warranties, express or implied, have been made to Buyer by Seller as a part of or as an inducement to
sign the said Motor Vehicle Contract, except for any written warranty or service contract executed and delivered to Buyer in conjunction with the execution
of this Motor Vehicle Contract, a copy of which warranty or service contract is attached hereto. In consideration of the purchase of said Motor Vehicle
Contract by Holder, liability of Seller with respect thereto, except as to the foregoing warranties, shall be governed by the endorsement immediately
beneath which Seller's signature appears, and such endorsement shall become part of this agreement, and shall not be affected by Holder's waiver of any
of Buyer's defaults or by any extensions of time to perform granted Buyer by Holder.
SELLER'S ENDORSEMENTS
00 NO RECOURSE: Pay to the order of the above-designated Holder without recourse.

LIMITED RECOURSE: Pay to the order of the above-designated Holder without recourse except that if Buyer fails to pay

installments of the Motor Vehicle Contract, then the undersigned will pay to Holder an amount equal to the entire unpaid
balance thereof, on demand, less all unearned finance and insurance charges.

FULL RECOURSE:
Pay to the order of the above-designated Holder and undersigned guarantees unconditionally the prompt and full
payment of said Motor Vehicle Contract, and performance of all the terms and conditions of Buyer's security agreement securing payment of same.

LIMITED REPURCHASE: Pay to the order of the above-designated Holder without recourse, except that the undersigned Seller
agrees to repurchase the described vehicle after repossession of same by Holder and tender of same to Seller within 90 days after maturity of the
earliest installment unpaid at the time of such tender, and Seller will pay therefor the then unpaid portion of the Total of Payments, less all
unearned finance and insurance charges.

PARTIAL REPURCHASE:
Pay to the order of the above-designated Holder without recourse, except that in the event of repossession
of the described vehicle by Holder, the undersigned Seller agrees to pay to Holder the sum of $
, or to repurchase the
described vehicle after tender of same to Seller, paying thereof an amount equal to the then unpaid portion of the Total of Payments, less all
unearned finance and insurance charges.
