Anger management: working withyoung people One-day workshop 14 March2008, Edinburgh 19 June2008, Glasgow This one-daywork shop offers an opportunity to explore how anger management programmes can be developed for use with young people for whom anger present sap roblem. The workshop will place significantempha sis on how best to help young pe oplebegin to understand and mana get heir own anger. The programme will include: differing the ore tical perspectives of anger how to engage young people in an germ anagement how anger can be vie wed as useful and positive as well as harmful and negative where anger comes fr om and what happens when we get angry tools to help young people to understand and begin to manage their anger.
