In your text on page 336, the claim is made that time management is actually self-management.   

Reflect on a day, preferably a working day but any day will do, when things went wrong.    Make a list of what self management strategies could you have used that would have made the day go better?

Refer to the case study about Madeline Jones in your text on pages 346-347 and answer the following.
