are located in a UK data house to ensure high quality connectivity, support and security. The UK
data house is a fully secured building with access only to authorised personnel with standby
generator back-up in the event of power failure, environmental control and 24/7 onsite technical
cover.
These solutions are aimed at those people looking to host a simple business website. If you intend
to install software that requires scripting services such as CGI, PHP, ASP etc.. then these solutions
are not suitable. For those looking for a shopping cart then we can provide our web based shopping
cart solution.

addition we also provide URL and E-Mail Redirection.

available. At present our standard domain name registration
does not include DNS services, domain name or e-mail
forwarding. These services are available at additional charge. All
online registrations for domain names are for a 2 year period.
Hosting Notes
The above hosting packages are provided on a shared hosting basis. This means that many websites share
the same server. We advise anybody who purchase one of these hosting packages to keep a backup of
there website on there own computer. These servers are located in UK data houses for the best connectivity
availability. While we endeavour to maintain a continuous service, hardware failures will cause a disruption
of service. Hardware failures are rare and when they occur we will endeavour to restore service as quickly
as possible. If your business is reliant on maintaining a continuous service then you should consider a
dedicated server with redundancy capability.
