Pinnacle Health System acquires Lexon Medical,
a nationally recognized medical billing company
LAS VEGAS, October 18, 2004 00Pinnacle Health System LLC announces the acquisition of
Lexon Medical, a Henderson-based medical billing, accounts receivable and practice management
company that has been serving clients throughout the nation since 1982.
Lexon expands Pinnacle's service offerings to include medical billing and accounts receivable
management, billing consulting and education, credentialing, and physician practice
management. As part of the agreement, Lexon will retain its brand name - but expand it to
Lexon Medical Resources - while continuing to operate from its headquarters in Henderson.
