Rental Policies
1. Rental fee required to confirm the date. This fee is non-refundable.
One half of food & beverage bill due 60 days prior to the event.
Remainder is due day of event. A firm guarantee on
attendance, and menu selections is due 30 days prior to event.
2. No staples, tape, glue or nails allowed on any surface, including walls
& tables. No glitter or confetti allowed. Any damage incurred, or
extraordinary litter requiring atypical cleaning will be paid for by
the customer.
3. The Orpheum or it's employees are not responsible for damage, theft,
or loss of any items left at the theatre prior to, during, or following
any functions.
4. If the Orpheum is unable to perform any of its obligations under the
agreement by reason of fire, strikes, civil disturbances, unavoidable
casualties, public carrier delays, equipment malfunctions, inability
to obtain necessary supplies, or acts of public authorities, obligations
on the part of the Orpheum shall immediately terminate.
