Mandatory Fields
1. Common Name/ Domain Name:
Please ensure the domain name in Application form same as domain name in CSR generated. In the event the Common Name/ Domain Name in CSR do not match with Domain Name in DIGISIGN SERVER ID CLASS 2 (SERVER) DIGITAL CERTIFICATION FORM DIGISIGN SERVER ID Application Form, we will reject your application.
2. Organisation or Company:
This should be the organisation that owns the domain name. Please specify the full name as registered in Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, for example, 00IGICERT SDN BHD00
3. Country: This is the 2-character ISO format country code. For example, MY is for Malaysia.
Optional Fields
We will include this in your SERVER ID if these fields are entered.
1. Organizational Unit: You can use this optional field to show the department or division within an organization, for example, "Technical" or "Finance".
2. City/Locality: This field usually denotes the city in which the organization is located. Do not use abbreviations. For example, spell "Kuala Lumpur", instead of "KL".
3. State/Province: This field usually denotes the State/ Province in which the organization is located. Do not abbreviate. For example, spell "Wilayah Persekutuan00 instead of "WP".
