Four hour room rental
Movie, to be approved and obtained by Emerson Umbrella (see below)
Emerson Umbrella staff person to operate projection equipment and sound system, and to assist with
party set-up and clean-up
FOOD
You are welcome to serve food. The following establishments are all a short distance from Emerson Umbrella. Two large folding tables, which accommodate approximately 14 children, are available. You must provide your own paper goods and decorations.

CLEAN-UP
Please return the room to its standard set-up (posted in the ante room) after use. Trash cans and recycling bins are provided. Emerson Umbrella will assess a cleaning fee if the room is not left in reasonable condition.
APPROVED MOVIES
Emerson Umbrella has a blanket license with the Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) to show DVDs and videos. See the next page for more about our license and some movie ideas.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
